About Vicki

I have been a lawyer in Texas since 1987. I started out working on bankruptcies because of the economic downturn at that time. Then as clients returned, I began handling family law cases as well. Later as clients returned again, wills, probates, and estates were added to the mix. After many years of general practice in these areas, I cut back to what I enjoyed most, wills, probates, and estates, and have been focusing on that area of the law since then. Using my slogan of Wills on Wheels℠, I make "house calls" to locations such as my client's homes, where they work, assisted living, nursing homes, or other convenient locations (like over coffee or ice cream) to help them with their probate and estate planning needs.

My husband and I moved to Texas from Tennessee right after I graduated from law school at the University of Tennessee in 1986. My undergraduate degree was in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Member of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce where I serve as an Ambassador for the Chamber. As a long time member of Texas Business Women (formerly known as Texas Business and Professional Women), I have served in various leadership positions with the organization since 1995. In addition, I served as a trustee of the Texas BPW Foundation for six years.

I enjoy walking my Aussies (dogs rescued from ARPH), going to church, and practicing Yoga, as well as supporting Tennessee Vols football and Lady Vols basketball. Quiet time reading a book or watching a movie is my favorite!
